Great products. Returned shoes that was too small. Only minus was that I hade to pay for the return, however, that is described in the website so cant really blaim the company for that....

Worst experience ever! I ordered for more than 300 Euros from their website with a Spanish TLD (Tennispro.es). What I didn't know is that they ship from FRANCE. One T-Shirt was rather XL than the L that I ordered and another product looks different than on their website. So I want to return only 2 out of 9 items and THEY MAKE ME PAY FOR RETURNING/POSTAGE TO FRANCE. I messaged the customer service and they only refer to their policies. WORST CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE ever. I will continue to shop with OTHER companies who offer real CUSTOMER SERVICE and free returns. This company is a rip off - don't waste your time and money here! Never again! Stay away and shop with the other companies!

Works ok if you dont have problems with the products you bought. Customer service doesn’t offer any basic warranty, and ignores your explanations about possible defects based on their arbitrary assumptions. They are mere resellers. Please consider other tennis equipment dealers.

This company is a disgrace. Don't under any circumstances deal with them. I purchased a Wilson tennis bag. It came defective with a small tear in the bag. I was told they can refund me 15 euro as the bag can still be used and the tear isn't that had. They are refusing to give a full refund on this faulty product. Please beware of this company. Go to tennis warehouse Europe instead. If you ever have any problems with any products purchased there they are more than willing to help you with a refund or another item.
